Return & Refund Policy 

Our return policy at Gottables.com is as follows:

  1. Any goods purchased from our website can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as they are in their original packaging and have not been used.

  2. If a product is damaged upon delivery, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

  3. If a product is refused on delivery or cannot be completed due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the cost of the product will be refunded but the original delivery and handling charges will still apply.

  4. Furniture items that are returned under the distance selling regulations must be returned within 10 days of delivery and must be in their original packaging. If the furniture has been opened but repackaged correctly, a restocking fee of 20% of the goods value will apply. If the furniture has been assembled and dismantled, but correctly repackaged in its original packaging, a dilapidation charge of 50% of the goods value will apply.

  5. Furniture that has been assembled or has had its packaging disposed of cannot be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are satisfied with their purchase before assembling or disposing of packaging.

  6. If a production fault is found upon inspection that affects the customer’s ability to easily rectify any dissatisfaction with replacement parts, a full reimbursement will be provided.

  7. If a customer wishes to return a product that was part of a bundle deal or special offer, the entire bundle or offer must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

  8. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria or if the product has been customized or altered in any way.

  9. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your protection.

  10. Our return policy does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
